Notable projects include 88 by JQZ in St Leonards, Vivacity Stages 1 and 2 in Sydney Olympic Park, Prime in Macquarie Park, Emblem in Waterloo, and Origami Residences in Bondi Junction, which marks JQZ’s expansion into Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The 88 by JQZ precinct was delivered by JQZ Construction, the company’s in-house construction arm, enabling end-to-end quality control across both the residential, retail, commercial components.

We are a Sydney based property developer with our in-house building arm established solely to undertake our own projects. This integrated approach provides seamless collaboration and ensures utmost design and build quality. Since our inception, we have enjoyed significant growth while still diligently maintaining the important founding values instilled by our founder and Managing Director Jian Qiu Zhang.
