We are a Sydney based property developer with our in-house building arm established solely to undertake our own projects. This integrated approach provides seamless collaboration and ensures utmost design and build quality. Since our inception, we have enjoyed significant growth while still diligently maintaining the important founding values instilled by our founder and Managing Director Jian Qiu Zhang. To date, we have proudly completed eighteen projects, with a further three large scale mixed-use projects under development, many of which are award-winning developments, achieving worldwide recognition.
